Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 2 hours from the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with tags, bills, and accessories included.
  • Customized, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items. If you need a different size/product, please place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
